Let assets of all counties be put in inventories

Everybody is in campaign mood and work output has reduced both in counties and national government. Workers in counties are now doing their work but most of the county bosses are out for campaign. Most counties have  acquired assets through national funding which need to be protected during this campaign time. These governors were the first  to be elected during this devolution and all assets and properties of the county government should be listed  and tabulated  in an inventory as there is a danger of some Governors losing their seats and the properties are not listed any where. lf they lose their seats and they have not listed what is owned by the county government, there is a danger of some property getting lost. The national government should make haste in doing this exercise as there no governor who will go for elections in August 8th thinking that he will lose his seat. This debacle happened to the mayoral chains. Many counties have acquired very many properties because of devolution and it is a high time county properties are protected.
