Income Tax Act requires that a taxpayer does a self-assessment of their income, completes the relevant return form and files with the Commissioner on or before the stipulated date.   Let the D+ student be re-admitted and train as nursery teachers It was disheartening to see students already admitted in colleges and had stayed in those colleges for 3 months, discontinued because of government policy.Arid and semi-arid Counties have a problem in teacher staffing and any teacher posted there,wants to go back to his/her County after a few months.Also because of lack of teachers not many students get C+  and above to allow them to the universities and teacher training colleges or ECDE.So it is prudent and thoughtful to return those students and lower the qualifications so that we can fill the teacher gap of ASAL areas.Also some students go to college to train and open their own schools and not necessarily for employment.The decision to discontinue these students  was done without people's or stakeholders participation.A Country like Kenya which lack ECDE teachers cannot afford to do such embarrassing act as and also the students  would have been the first lot to b
