By acquiring skills they can employ themselves and become busy with their lives. Catholic institutions are now encouraging Priests,Sisters, brothers and other faithfuls to acquire skills or go back to learning institutions, so that they can offer other required services. There is more positive values they will acquire in this TVETs institutions.
