Let Kenyan strive for one job per person Kenyan unemployment levels have now reached alarming levels. According to the United Nations in the Human Development Index (HDI) 2017 report, the rate of unemployment in Kenya is the highest in the East African region hitting a new high at 39.1 percent. This makes it the highest than its neighboring Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda.Economic growth continues to disappoint and underperform; this paints a worrisome picture for the national economy and the ability to generate enough jobs, let alone the quality of jobs. The persistently high level of vulnerable forms of employment combined with a clear lack of progress in the quality of the job is alarming.Unemployment in Kenya is a growing problem especially among the youth and has been the election agenda for almost every politician in the past few elections seasons and still continues to be.Economic growth continues to disappoint and deficit in decent work remains widespread in the country....

Designers of shirts,caps and wraps have what they got during this campaign time Clothing and shirts designer are laughing all the way to the bank. This is because every politician who is campaigning is adorning trendy shirts of their party colors. Women have also not been left behind,they are are also wearing dresses which are painted with party colours. Politicians have decided to wear design shirts,  caps and wraps  of their parties in line with the colors every time they are out campaigning. This makes them be identified very quickly. This has enabled politicians, oppositions party and jubilee stalwarts to wear different shirts, dresses, caps and wraps  in different events, designed in their party colors. This is a welcome move which is likely to create jobs and spur the economy. Designers will fall head over heels to look for good designs of shirts, caps,wraps  and dresses which can sell. Kenyan adverts do not teach but harass consumers Most of Kenya's adverts do not teach the  masses especially the young people, but harass them. Most of the adverts on TV are about money,liquor and betting. The adverts have been done in such a way that those involved either shout aloud or sing of their win in the most bizarre way. What lesson do young people learn from such adverts? What composition can a child write from these adverts? The other prominent adverts are liquor. This society will grow up glorifying liquor,betting and the social media,that is why we have rehabilitation centres. These adverts appearing on TV and radio could not be found in the late 80’s,90's,and early 2000.These adverts are conceived by people in this digital era. When you make a research you will discover that these two elements contribute to most tragedies in Kenya. Half term is a threat to  education in Kenya Half term is with us again. Half term has been upgraded and innovated in Kenya that nursery and primary schools also go for half term alongside secondary schools. In the late 80's,90's and 2000 only boarding schools used to have a half term. Not anymore, it is business as usual. Even kindergarten children go for half term. You will see students in all manners of uniform with bags on their back transversing Kenyan town going back to their homes. When parents pay fees there is no allowance of days in which deduction is made when students will not be in schools,may it be fees or lunch and supper. Half term means parents spending more money and this is added expenses and less shopping which the student will need before he/she leaves plus pocket and transport money back. KDF what about IT experts,doctors,specialists and religious people? KDF has been conducting recruitment all over Kenya but the bone of contention is their stringent rules concerning coloured teeth,missing teeth,marks and tattoos on recruits bodies. They do not recruit people who have facial problems. But some Kenyans come from areas where water change people's teeth so for the people coming from those areas, their teeth are always coloured. Very many people who went to the recruitment were not selected because of these issues, but their jobs are crucial. Let those who are expert in IT, doctors, religious people,runners,specialists,researchers, bomb be exempted from these stringent rules or Kenya may loose experts to other bad forces. Religious people should not be given stringent rules but be expected to impart values.
