  Let Counties learn from one another After the promolgation of the constitution,47 Counties were created.The 47 Counties have Governors,deputy governors,MCA's and other appointed personnel.Each County has its unique infrastructure and no County is the same as another County.These Counties are supposed to bring development to the Counties.There have been development in many Counties eg in Wajir,Turkana and Lamu and other far fetched Counties.They now have good roads and good infrastructure development. But the elephant in the room is the rivalry between Counties. The most common rivalry is the boundary friction. Many neighbouring Counties fight for towns or places which have development or good infrastructure and have income generating projects.But instead of these Counties coming together and mapping out what another County has which the other County does not have and utilize each other infrastructure,instead there is a bickering every now and again.There are Counties with better

 Our Leaders cannot be compared to the "Good shepherd" This week's reading is about the good shepherd in the Catholic church.I have linked the good shepherd with today's politicians and to say the least they fail badly.Any true leader will lead by example. It is not a case of “do as I say, not as I do.” True leaders must be worthy models to follow. A good shepherd is visible,speaks to his flock and the sheep can recognize their gentle voice.A good shepherd protects his flock,nurtures them,points to where there is good pastures and guides their path.Also a good shepherd leads them by the front.Also a good shepherd will not like his flock to get lost, that out of 100 if one gets lost,the good shepherd leaves the 99 to look for the one sheep which is lost.Our politicians are opposite of the good shepherd.They were the first to be vaccinated against Covid 19,they earn huge salaries and allowances,their flocks are jobless and have no food.They continue politicking at the e
