Let local FM station promote local languages

Let local FM station promote local languages I was listening to a local radio station in my local area at around 10.00 am to noon last week. The songs being aired by the local radio station station were only lingala. And the announcer was translating the lingala songs to kiswahili. It is a high time the local radio station promoted the local languages to kiswahili during this time the students are at home.lt so sad that the station took too long to translate a foreign language forgetting that the student nowdays have parents of different local languages or even the parents grew in town and do not even talk the local languages.Let our children learn their languages in our local radio station as it is also a way of communication. Nyali bridge Jam in Mombasa County can be avoided

Nyali bridge Jam in Mombasa County can be avoided Everyday in the mornings and evening Nyali bridge in Mombasa County experiences a Jam stretching several kilometers. Most of the time vehicles can be held up to half an hour on one spot. This has happened to me several times. The worst Jam happens when coming from Bombolulu as you reach the traffic lights. This Jam when strategized can be avoided by the traffic police and reduce time taken at the bridge. The first place the vehicles going to Nyali and mkomani can be diverted is along the Nyali bridge just before the petrol station towards the left side. They can use the underground road and exit near the kongowea market. The vehicles going to mishomoroni and Bamburi can be diverted also before the petrol station but on the right hand. The Bamburi matatus will start their first stage after Nyali bridge at the beginning of kisauni Road.Vehicles going to Bombolulu and Mtwapa will be the only ones proceeding towards the traffic lights onwards.Thi
